In the granulation process, dry granules are transferred into an IBC container for blending, facilitated by a dust-free connection. The IBC container is then seamlessly loaded into the blending mechanism. With a secure 15° incline and hydraulic lifting system, the IBC undergoes three-dimensional rotational blending to ensure a homogeneous mix. After blending, the same container is directly loaded over the tablet press hopper for discharge, streamlining the production workflow for maximum efficiency.
